Description
Hamar Laser’s L-730 Precision Leveling Laser System is one of the most accurate and easy-to-use leveling, surface flatness and straightness measurement system on the market today. It features an automatically rotating laser plane that is second in accuracy only to the L-740 Ultra-Precision Leveling laser. It also features large-range, wireless targets and built-in 3 arc second level vials. Continuously rotating laser planes and the capability to use multiple target sensors at the same time let you level machinery 2 to 3 times faster than laser transits, theodolites or levels.
System Highlights
- Fast: Aligns large machining centers up to 70% faster than traditional methods or interferometers.
- Easy: Multiple high-resolution wireless targets with a range of up to 100 ft (30 m) provide real-time alignment data, so alignment/leveling errors can be fixed without changing the setup.
- Accurate: Precision laser planes have a flatness of 2 arc seconds (.00012 in/ft or 0.01 mm/m) in a 180°/360º sweep and 1 arc second (.00006 in/ft or 0.005 mm/m) in a 90º sweep.
- Versatile: Flatness, straightness, leveling and parallelism measurements of almost any horizontal or vertical surface.
- Smart: Powerful Windows-based Plane5 software, combined with advanced wireless interfaces, makes collecting and analyzing alignment data fast and easy.
